- Full refund if cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- No refund for missed or completed consultations.
2. Diagnostics
- Full refund if cancelled before sample collection.
- No refund once the diagnostic process has started.
3. Payment Errors
- Erroneous or duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
